Our inner critic loves to point out our flaws, question our abilities, and highlight our mistakes. While self-reflection and a willingness to analyze our past can be helpful for high-achieving and ambitious women seeking to reach their full potential, an overactive inner critic wreaks havoc on our self-esteem and keeps us playing small and saying no to opportunities.
At this day retreat, you’ll learn strategies to conquer your inner critic by reframing the stories she has been telling you for years. You’ll learn how to unleash your inner explorer, a voice that is curious and compassionate and willing to take healthy risks. You’ll build the toolkit necessary to continue nurturing your inner explorer and giving her the space she needs to grow. Give yourself permission to embrace imperfection and find a sense of freedom and self-acceptance you never thought possible!
